At Yusle Art Studios, each order is prepared and packaged with care to help protect the artwork during transit.

Processing Time

Please allow 2–3 business days for order processing unless a different timeframe is stated in the product listing. Processing time may vary depending on the type of item ordered.

Shipping

Shipping times are estimates only and may vary based on the carrier, destination, weather conditions, holidays, or other delays outside of our control.

Once an order has been shipped, the customer will receive tracking information when available.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Yusle Art Studios is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, contact us at [email protected] within 3 days of delivery and include:

• Your order number
  
• photos of the packaging
  
• photos of the damaged item
  

This helps us review the issue and determine the next steps.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Yusle Art Studios is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the postal carrier. However, if your package appears lost, please get in touch with us, and we will do our best to help you track it down.
