Returns & Refund Policy

Because Yusle Art Studios offers original artwork and select art-inspired pieces, all sales are handled with care and reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Original Watercolor Paintings

All sales of original watercolor paintings are final unless the item arrives damaged.

Art-Inspired Pieces

Returns may be considered for eligible non-original items only if the customer contacts us within 7 days of delivery and the item is returned in its original, unused condition.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

• original watercolor paintings
  
• custom or personalized items
  
• digital products, if offered in the future
  
• sale or clearance items
  

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please email [email protected] within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

Return Shipping

If a return is approved for an eligible item, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to damage or an error on our part.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
